It worked in the end, but for some reason it felt like it took longer than it should have. Not a huge deal, just wasn’t the smoothest.

I’ve been taking this for a couple of weeks now, and my stomach definitely feels more settled, more normal. I don’t feel as heavy after eating, which is a big plus. It’s not some magic fix or anything, but it does help, it really does. Shipping was fine too. I took off one star because the taste is just okay, just kind of okay.

My order showed up in good condition and nothing was damaged, so that part was totally fine. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update very much along the way. I’ve had faster deliveries from other places before, so this felt average overall. Not a bad experience, just not especially great either...

It’s frustrating when all you’re looking for is a basic update, if that makes sense. I don’t think I’d order from them again if this is how their support handles things.

The return itself wasn’t difficult, but I remember feeling a little frustrated checking my account and waiting for the refund to show up. Support did get back to me, though not as quickly as I would’ve liked. In the end, I did get my money back, so it worked out okay, I just wish the whole process had felt a bit smoother.
